Our approach to injury prevention is to conduct a personalized assessment of your injury risks and provide a specific, detailed plan for avoiding injuries before they happen.

Excellent training and conditioning during the off season is the best way to prevent injuries you’re your sport’s season is underway by building the strength and form you need to mitigate your greatest risks. During the season, our recommendations and programs are designed with your next performance in mind. The focus is always to help you stick with your desired activities and avoid getting sidelined when you least expect it.

The Bone & Joint Institute has also received a grant through the National Federation of High School Sports to acquire baseline assessments of how athletes move and perform jumping tasks, in order to reduce the amount of injuries that occur.  The study is a research study with a team of sports medicine clinicians, who will perform the testing free of charge.  Please contact us to inquire if we can help reduce your athlete’s risk of injury.
