Anti-Gravity Training

Sports Health - Anti-Gravity Treadmill

Whether you’re recovering from an injury or working on form, our onsite Alter-G Anti-Gravity Treadmill allows you to walk or run with no pain while maintaining a normal gait.

You can train without pain and reduce the stress to joints and muscles, and injured areas of your lower body. The anti-gravity treadmill helps you push training sessions further and longer, using air pressure to comfortably lift you and allowing you to walk or run at a fraction of your body weight.

We even capture live video to get real-time, visual feedback that can help improve gait and form.
