The moments between your primary care provider’s recommendation that you seek specialty care and when you walk through the doors at one of our Ayer Neuroscience Institute locations will undoubtedly raise many questions from you and your family. Our team’s goal is to keep the process easy, make you comfortable and answer any questions you may have.

Also, please ask your referring physician to fax or mail us all relevant information. If you've had a brain or spine MRI, X-Rays, or CT scans, please bring the actual films. For neurosurgery we ask that you answer a questionnaire two weeks prior to your scheduled appointment. We encourage you to access the questionnaire through your online health record in MyChartPlus. We can also mail it or you can arrive 20 minutes early to your appointment to complete it.
