At the Chase Family Movement Disorders Center, we pride ourselves on our multidisciplinary collaborative nature. This collaboration includes referring providers as well as new medical professionals and students.
Our Movement Disorders Fellowship in partnership with the UConn School of Medicine, offers medical trainees and students a diverse experience in the care of patients with Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders. Our physicians serve not only as advisers to new medical professionals but also within the community for various advocacy and support groups. We look forward to welcoming you to our team.
