As the charter member of the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Alliance, the Cancer Institute brings Connecticut patients access to breakthrough cancer research trials and follows standards established by the country’s premier cancer treatment center.
The team at the cancer institute is comprised of highly skilled and experienced physicians, surgeons and other caregivers who collaborate to provide the best possible treatment for patients. The team is led by a nationally recognized cancer expert, Dr. Peter Yu, Senior Vice President and Physician-In-Chief and Kristi Gafford, Senior Vice President of Operations.
