HHC Executive Named to Becker’s Transformation Officers to Know

In 2025, Goyette spearheaded HHC 24/7, a groundbreaking partnership with AI company K Health, delivering round-the-clock virtual primary care. Since its launch, more than 24,000 patients accessed care through this platform, expanding convenience and affordability.
Her leadership accelerated Hartford HealthCare’s retail and urgent care growth:
Goyette’s care alignment team strengthened referral scheduling and navigation, achieving a 61% reach rate and 73% scheduling success at One Medical, with similar gains across GoHealth and HHC Medical Group.
As executive sponsor of Hartford HealthCare’s annual improvement priority, she drove an 11% increase in primary care access, resulting in more than 126,000 visits. She also scaled ambulatory surgery and endoscopy to over 100,000 procedures annually across 21 centers — shifting from 6% to 43% performed outside hospitals — while leading 69 ambulatory and 45 retail/urgent projects, earning recognition such as Leapfrog’s 2024 “Top ASC” award.
Goyette chairs Hartford HealthCare’s strategic initiatives committee, overseeing more than $70 million in new business annually, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation and transformation.
