As a veteran, Tony Bryant wanted to impact the way medical services are provided to other veterans through the Department of Veteran Affairs and other federal agencies. The best way he knew to do that was starting his own company to coordinate distribution of pharmaceuticals.
“We have grown into a full-spectrum provider of medical products and services with solid business verticals and prime federal and commercial contracts,” Bryant says.
The company offers: pharmaceuticals, professional healthcare staffing, laboratory supply, medical surgical capital equipment, durable medical equipment, and medical surgical consumables.
“Our motto is ‘Unconditional Support Wherever You Are,” which we live up to every day supporting more than 180 client medical facilities across the country,” Bryant explains.
The work is community-focused as A2A, part of McKesson Medical Surgical’s Preferred Partner Program, supports universities, medical clinics, hospitals and other facilities, he continues.
“We leverage 45 distribution centers nationally, and specialize in rapid deliveries of any size,” Bryant says.
That includes direct-to-patient shipments, which he notes is especially important to socioeconomically disadvantaged patients with conditions like obesity, diabetes, asthma and heart disease.
“Management of these conditions requires regular care and products needed for their care regimen. We are able to enhance the overall quality of life of patients, giving them back their independence and reducing the burden on friends and family,” Bryant says.
