Dr. Bauman Is Coming to Cheshire

Dr. Joel Bauman, a Hartford HealthCare Medical Group neurosurgeon practicing at MidState Medical Center and Hartford Hospital, will see patients in Cheshire beginning Feb. 1.

Dr. Bauman specializes in neurosurgery with areas of interest in adult spinal deformity surgery, brain tumors, Mazor spine robotics, minimally invasive spine surgery, neurosciences, peripheral nerve surgery, restorative nerve surgery, spinal tumors and trauma neurosurgery.

After earning his medical degree from New York University, he completed a residency at the University of Pennsylvania and a fellowship in neurosurgery and spinal deformity at the New England Baptist Hospital.
