Bringing Movement Disorders Care to More Locations

The Chase Family Movement Disorders Center is expanding the number of locations where patients with movement disorders can seek expert care. Our goal is to provide care and keep services as close to patients’ homes as possible.

Across Connecticut, three new Chase Family Movement Disorders Center locations recently opened or will open soon to meet the needs of our patients.

Our teams are currently seeing patients with movement disorders in new facilities at:

• 2660 Main St., Suite 219, Bridgeport. Our medical expert there is Dr. Leon Meytin.
• 80 South Main St., Suite 202, Winsted. Our medical experts there are Drs. Benjamin Dorfman and Jeffrey Lahrmann.

A new office is scheduled to open in January 2022 at:

• 60 Danbury Road, Suite 101, Wilton. Our medical expert there will be Dr. Nikita Urval.

These are in addition to three existing comprehensive centers in Vernon, Cheshire and Mystic, as well as satellites in Stamford and Hartford.
