HHC 24/7 starts Monday

Beginning March 3, you can connect with a Hartford HealthCare provider Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Starting April 1, access expands to 24/7 — yes, you will be able to get care at 3 a.m., even on holidays.

With dedicated providers you can usually see someone within 30 minutes and all major insurances — including HHC’s Employee Health Plan, powered by Anthem, are accepted.

With HHC 24/7, you can:

• Chat live with a provider for help with flu, colds and other acute conditions.
• Get needed prescriptions sent to your pharmacy.
• Schedule same-day virtual visits.
• Access records from your visit.

Notes from your virtual visit are added to your MyChart electronic medical record so all your records are in one secure location.
