Cardiac Catheterization - Assessment of Individual Risk of Cardiovascular Events by Platelet FcGammaRIIa

Prolocor, Inc. is developing an investigational test that is designed to guide individualized care in patients who have a heart attack.  People who have had a heart attack can have another heart attack and stroke in the future. The test being researched is a blood test that is designed to guide personalized treatment designed to prevent those events.   This study is being conducted by Dr. Sean McMahon.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Male or female hospitalized with a heart attack who also have 2 of the following:
• age 65 years or older, chronic kidney disease,  diabetes mellitus, prior heart attack, and/or have multi-vessel coronary artery disease
