Dr Fisher is the greatest doctor and friend anyone could have on there side.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Fishers for 2.5 years having moved from LI. My adult children (one of them a Yale trained vascular surgeon) put me on to him telling me he really respects Dr. Fisher’s expertise, straight forward no bull approach. The other quality I’ve found about Dr. Fisher is how carefully he listens to me. He looks right at me, speaks truth to me (even if I don’t always “like” the reality). I’m pretty healthy at 75+ but my weight isn’t where it should be. He’s been honest and straight with me and he has a kind straight, clear and truthful way of laying out what he assesses given his scientific medical knowledge, training and experience, is the best medical option to pursue. In addition, while he is a very serious, focused internist, he’s funny, supportive and kind. You kinda know he wants the best for you and as a result I listen and despite my difficulties with my food habits, I do my best to follow his wisdom. I’ve had a much better outcome with all of my medical professionals here with Yale and Hartford Health systems, with much better advice and much more attentive interactions from every level of medical profession to the receptionists and support staff in every practice in CT over my many years with top docs and offices. Dr. Fisher is a five star doc in my experience. I’m delighted my adult children found him and that he accepted me into his very jam packed practice.
