Maeghan Chapman is a nationally certified physician assistant with experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of headache disorders. She works at the Hartford Healthcare Headache Center as one of our advanced headache providers.
Maeghan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from Quinnipiac University. She then graduated from Quinnipiac University’s Physician Assistant Program with a Master’s Degree in Health Science. During her time as a student at Quinnipiac University, she completed clinical rotations in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine focusing on traumatic brain injuries, stroke, and spinal cord injuries. She also completed a rotation at the Hartford Healthcare Headache Center where she discovered an interest in the diagnosis and treatment of headache disorders.
Maeghan has completed training to administer nerve blocks, trigger, point injections, and Botox for the prevention of headache. Maeghan’s areas of interest include treatment of episodic and chronic migraine, menstrual-related migraine, and post-traumatic headache.
