Dr. Cosin has been in practice for 18 years and serves as the leader of the Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute’s Oncology Disease Management team. With special training in minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery, Dr. Cosin enjoys not only taking care of complex cases, but developing relationships with his patients, many of whom have followed him throughout the years.
He is active in teaching and clinical research, for which he has won numerous awards, and has volunteered his time for the last decade providing gynecologic care to the women of Grenada in the Caribbean.
In 2015, he received the William Petit, Jr. Award for his dedication to community service. He has also been named the following: a Newsweek Top Doctors for Cancer; Castle Connolly America’s Top Doctors for Cancer; and Hartford Magazine, Best Doctors.
