Bio

Dr. Golioto has been in practice in Connecticut for 14 years and joined The Hospital of Central Connecticut in 2013, where she serves as the medical director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Dr. Golioto has extensive experience in the NICU environment, having served as medical director for NICUs across the state since 2002.

She has particular interests in pre-maturity, safe sleep environments for newborns and breastfeeding.

She is an integral leader of the hospital’s Baby Friendly Hospital initiative, which promotes breastfeeding and support to new moms.
