Dr. Amanda Ramos is a gynecologic oncologist seeing patients in Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute locations in New Britain and Manchester.
Dr. Ramos’ areas of interest include cancer clinical trials, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, Gestational Trophoblastic Disease, inherited predisposition to gynecologic cancer, minimally-invasive and robotic surgery, ovarian cancer, Fallopian tube cancer, primary peritoneal cancer, vaginal cancer and vulvar cancer.
After receiving her medical degree from the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine, she completed a residency in gynecology and obstetrics at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Ramos is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Society of Gynecologic Oncology.
