The Chase Family Movement Disorders Center aims to empower people with Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders to do the things they love while providing a unique, comprehensive treatment plan that begins with a careful diagnosis.

We combine the diagnostic and therapeutic skills of prominent specialists with ongoing clinical research in a team-based, coordinated effort of patient-driven care.

The Chase Family Movement Disorders Center has been selected as the first Parkinson Foundation Comprehensive Care Center in the Northeast. This Center serves as a resource for those with Parkinson's disease and their loved ones as well as healthcare providers.
